The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very nice and helpful. The elevators were very quick. The location was perfect with lots of places within walking distance.

Location was excellent, 2 minute walk away from Times Square. Hotel was immaculate, lobby area was stunning and house keeping were in every day freshening the room up while we were out. We didn’t use any hotel amenities but what we did see of the hotel was lovely! Staff were always helpful to offer advice and answer questions which was much appreciated.

This was a dream trip to celebrate my children graduating from college. The location was perfect as my kids are theatre fans, we could walk to every show. It was close to subways when we needed them. Our room was very comfortable and when we needed to speak with staff they were very accomodating and friendly. We didn't eat at the location so I can't speak for that. The only thing that would have made our experience better was if there had been a refrigerator in the room.

The hotel was very well kept and in the absolute perfect location. You were close to the Broadway shows, you were close to the famous landmarks, and lots of great places to eat, drink, and be Merry!

Prime location to Times Square, room was large, bathroom too. The maid was attentive, asked if we needed service and we would tell her no so she would just give us new towels and water bottles. The views were great. Typical amenities in the room- safe, double door lock, toiletries. The tv was small and didn’t have many channels, wasn’t a problem because we were out and about til bedtime anyways. Elevator is on warp speed- to get to my 49th floor took less than 10 seconds. Friendly maids and security
